- Water energy We should drink 8 glasses of water per day. A glass of water before any meal can decrease an appetite.
- Evening tea One or two cup of Chinese tea or green tea will reduce food intake in the evening.
- Say ‘No’ When you want to eat calorie loaded food like cakes and pizza outside your meal hours, hold and deny yourself from ordering or buying it for 15 minutes. You’ll be surprised to see that you manage to get over that hunger signal and cravings for food.

- No excess exercise Woman who are interested in having a feminine shape have to be careful about strength training. Too much of strength training will build up muscle under existing fat look bigger.
- REWARD YOURSELF Give treat for yourself when u lose weight even if it is 1kg.
